Young people generally don’t mind about their health and fitness.
Nowadays most young people have had habits and a fast lifestyle. They don’t care about a healthy diet, don’t practice sports. Their free time activities are sedentary.
However, schools and universities try to help their students to deal with this kind of problems. Everybody knows that a healthy lifestyle means maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet as well as engaging on sports or other fitness related activities. Few people are concerned. They try to change their lifestyle.
On the other hand, there a lot of young people that prefer to concentrate on their studies as they consider indulging in physical activities a waste of time. Besides, they don’t have enough time to do sports or eat healthy. They buy junk food although they shouldn't do it.
To sum up , leading a healthy lifestyle is a conscious decision. One can ignore that and lead a life which exposes one to many healthy risks. It is important to recognize that a healthy living ensures a longer life span as well as life free of disease-free and complications.
